Terms

Using NursePath.

Draft for the site owner. A plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it for your province and your plans, and replace the bracketed notes.

What NursePath is

NursePath is an independent educational study tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN) or any regulator. NCLEX and NCLEX-RN are registered trademarks of the NCSBN.

No guarantees

Practice results are feedback for studying. They do not predict, and we do not promise, any result on the NCLEX or any other exam. The exam rules, registration steps and fees are set by the NCSBN and your regulator, so always rely on them. Content may contain mistakes or fall out of date. Please verify anything important against your course materials and official sources.

Not clinical advice

NursePath is for learning. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of real patients.

Using the site

You are welcome to use NursePath for your own study and to share it with classmates. Please do not copy the site's content in bulk to republish or sell, scrape it, or try to break or overload it. Content that comes from other people is used under licences shown on each item, and those licences apply to your reuse too.

Who owns the questions

The NursePath questions, rationales, case studies and lessons marked as original belong to NursePath and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, collect, republish, sell or share them in bulk, in print or online, or use them to train or build another question bank or tool, without written permission. We may limit or block access that looks like automated or bulk copying, and we will ask hosts to remove copies published elsewhere. [Owner: have a lawyer confirm this wording before launch.]

Offline packs

You can download up to 100 questions at a time for offline practice. Packs are for your own personal study on your own devices. Please do not share, post or sell them.

Gifts

Gifts are voluntary and unlock nothing. [Owner: state whether gifts are refundable.]

Our responsibility

NursePath is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, including lost progress data stored in your browser. [Owner: have a lawyer confirm this wording for your jurisdiction.]
